For Hong Kong orders: Flat rate 30HKD(calculated at checkout) or Free Shipping on orders over 500HKD

Your order will be handled ASAP upon confirmation of payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking code. Order delivery time may vary depending on your location and the available shipping method.

Hong Kong/ Macau/ Mainland China: 2-4 business days (via SF Express)

Asia: 5-10 business days (via E-Express or Spaceship)

ROW: 10-18 business days

For Pre-orders, delivery might take up to 3weeks upon checkout, we will announce the approximate ship-out date.

We offer free shipping on all local orders over 500 HKD. *We use SF Express to ship our deliveries in Hong Kong and Macao.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags. To initiate a return, please email us at momantisstore@gmail.com . Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that sale items are non-returnable.
